CLEAN LITTER IN HERE
I volunteered at the shelter tonight w/ Renee and Penny. Penny had the top off of the clean litter and was refilling some of the boxes in the room, when...HEY!

It's because they must be the first to desecrate the 'clean' litter. Oscar is the first to take a stinky dump as soon as the first box is clean and back in it's corner. HAHAHA That pic is classic kitty behavior!
