I came home yesterday to find an envelope taped to my door with a $20 bill in it. Looks like it is from my elderly neighbor. Just when I'm feeling a little bitter about the world in general, my faith in humankind gets restored with such a selfless act. I'm so touched by this.
I'll have to run this over to Nicole's this weekend.
